About The Position

Tenstorrent is seeking an experienced Senior Power Analysis Engineer to drive power-efficient SoC designs across our family of CPU and AI products. This role spans the entire product lifecycle—from early architecture estimation through post-silicon optimization—ensuring industry-leading performance per watt. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of power efficiency and want to apply cutting-edge techniques including AI/ML to solve complex power challenges, join our team. This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Fort Collins, CO.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in EE/CE with 5-7+ years of SoC power analysis and optimization experience.
• Proven expertise with PowerArtist and PrimePower for accurate power analysis and correlation.
• Strong background in power modeling, budgeting, and PPA tradeoff analysis at RTL and system levels.
• Proficiency in Python/scripting and experience applying data analysis frameworks to power optimization.
