Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing, vocational, or hands-on work experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Preparing and setting up fabricated parts for the wash cycle (forklift use may be required for large or heavy parts)
• Testing and maintaining proper chemical levels in wash tanks
• Staging washed parts for powder coating
• Ensuring correct quantities of parts for machine runs
• Keeping the powder room clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Planning cleaning schedules to meet customer delivery timelines
• Stepping in to support other production roles as needed
• Taking initiative to identify additional tasks once assignments are complete
• Working steadily and safely until scheduled breaks and lunch
