About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Powder Coating operation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience powder coating is required
• Proficiency in powder coating techniques and processes
• Familiarity with hand tools, power coating guns and other relevant equipment
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform powder coating activities while ensuring high quality and adherence to production standards.
• Operate powder coat guns, ensure proper maintenance and handling.
• Prepare parts for coating, including masking plugging, or washing.
• Inspect coated items for defects, touching up defeats as necessary.
• Control and adjust the application process to correct inconsistencies or poor coverage.
• Maintain safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain equipment in good working order by following manufactures instructions and established procedures, troubleshooting malfunctions, and scheduling repairs.
• Monitor the quality of the product and the efficiency of the coating process to maximize product.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet stringent deadlines.
