Requirements
- 7+ years of Powder Coat application and Sandblasting experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in the English language (written and oral)
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and basic drawings
- 5+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Powder coating / painting experience required
Responsibilities
- Powder coating and Sandblasting of Steel and Stainless parts, fixtures, enclosures, and various other items used in our features
- Safely and proficiently operate tools and equipment needed to powder coat frames
- Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments
- Stand for 8 to 10+ hours
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and awareness of surroundings
- Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization
- Support all quality, safety, and environmental programs
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
