About The Position

Work Flexibility: Onsite Weekday Training Required: Wednesday: 5:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Thursday–Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. This training schedule will continue until the weekend shift launches (target: June 2026). Starting pay during weekday training: $20.75/hour (1st Shift rate) Permanent Schedule (after training): Friday–Saturday: 5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sunday: 5:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Weekend Shift Pay: $20.75/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential What you will do: Paints and uses powder operations to properly prepare components that may include sub-assemblies and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products Unloads parts, part racks, and hooks from the line while visually inspecting completed parts Applies painting and/or powder process in accordance with product specifications Sets paint/powder equipment for proper tolerances, color and feed rate Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work area Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in preventative maintenance and safety programs, striving for cost reduction, and committing to on-time, complete, and error-free shipments Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs throughout shift What you need Preferred High School Diploma/GED Manufacturing Experience Travel Percentage: 0% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
