About The Position
The essential functions of this position while meeting or exceeding annual goals and objectives are as follows: The role involves reading, comprehending, and executing tasks based on various instructions and documentation related to the production process. The position requires accurate reporting of paperwork and labor hours to the supervisor, as well as assisting in other areas on the production floor, including the assembly line when necessary. The individual will be responsible for loading and unloading the powder coating line's monorail conveyor and operating powder coating ovens to cure powder coated assemblies and components. Additionally, performing daily audit requirements for safety, quality, 5S, and standard work is essential. Effective communication with the Team Lead regarding production schedule problems or delays is also a key responsibility.
