Powder Coat Technician
About The Position
The essential functions of this position while meeting or exceeding annual goals and objectives are as follows: Read, comprehend, and execute tasks based on Process Control Instructions, Bill of Material, Product Description Sheets, and Visual work Instructions. Provide accurate reporting of paperwork and labor hours to the supervisor. Assist other areas on the production floor, including the assembly line if necessary. Load and unload the powder coating line’s monorail conveyor. Operate powder coating ovens to cure powder coated assemblies and components. Perform daily audit requirements for safety, quality, 5S, and standard work. Communicate with the Team Lead regarding production schedule problems or delays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equvialent
- Must comply with Legal and Corporate Responsibilities
- 1-2 Years of Powder Coat or Manufacturing Experience
