Monroe Truck Equipment is searching for a Powder Coat Painter to join our team and grow with us! We distribute, install, and paint truck equipment and attachments, in addition to manufacturing a complete line of Snow & Ice Control equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to read and execute instructions as found on blueprints.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Pour 55-pound powder boxes into the reservoir of the machine.
• Couple hoses to spray nozzles.
• Moves sleeve on nozzles to attain specified spraying pressure and turn thumbscrew to direct nozzles toward articles or materials to be coated.
• Regulates the temperature of the coating solution.
• Removes articles and or materials from a conveyor belt and places articles or materials in drying racks or containers.
• Paints parts.
