About The Position

EMIT Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Line Shooter for our Powder Coat production team. Line Shooting is a key coating role in EMIT's manufacturing facility. This position involves spraying parts as they move through the booth on the automated line. After completion, these parts will be transferred to the next planned production activity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in powder coating or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repeatedly.
• Stand, walk and move for an entire shift.
• Always use applicable PPE.
• Follow safety protocols when using tools and handling materials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the finished product meets the specified quality standards: 10%
• Prime and topcoat to mil specifications and ensure coverage through visual inspection: 60%
• Maintain shooting equipment, spray booth and supplies (powders, primers, etc.): 25%
• Keep areas organized, clean and clear of potential hazards: 5%
