Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Lead to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. The Powder Coat Lead will be responsible for overseeing the powder coating process, ensuring quality checks are performed, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in the powder coating department.

Requirements

• Previous experience in powder coating
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the powder coating team
• Perform quality checks on powder coated products
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Train new employees on powder coating techniques and safety procedures
