About The Position

The position involves depositing concrete into molds according to job specifications and producing the required rear face finish. The role is essential in ensuring that the concrete is properly prepared and finished for production.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required
• Ability and willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Must work safely and be team oriented
• Good attendance and positive attitude
• Knowledge and skills to use basic tools
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
• Understand and can apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication and division)

Responsibilities

• Deposit concrete into molds for production
• Screed and flatten concrete to rail height
• Put desired finish on rear face of panels
