About The Position

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and attributes: High School diploma or equivalent, Valid Driver's License, Experience in vaccinations and pullet moves. Must be a good organizer with the ability to work and communicate well with others. Physical type work is a demand. Must be able to prepare work schedules and able to adjust to sudden changes in organizing workloads. Capable of working flexible hours. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call 24 hours/7 days a week.
• Must be able to ensure that all vaccination and move procedures are performed correctly by crew.
• Able to manage a crew with high efficiency and high quality standards.
• Must properly handle vaccine in transport as well as in the chicken houses ensuring the biosecurity of farms, equipment, area buildings, vehicles, etc. is a major duty.
• Must be able to complete schedules and service reports.
• Must be able to repair vaccination equipment, injection guns, water-vac pumps, etc.
• Must be able to do blood monitoring and rodent inspections involving baiting and checking traps.
• Health & Safety of employees is a major part of job duties.
