About The Position
The position involves ensuring compliance with USDA regulations and maintaining food safety and quality assurance standards within the poultry industry. The role requires the distribution of reports and information related to food safety and quality assurance, monitoring USDA regulated programs, and assisting with customer complaints. Additionally, the position focuses on improving sizing quality, reducing noncompliance issues, and ensuring that management and facilities have the necessary tools and equipment. Auditing and training responsibilities are also part of the role, along with performing audits as requested and handling other relevant duties.
