About The Position

The Poultry Processing Worker position involves various tasks related to the processing of poultry. The worker will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and packing poultry products. This role requires the use of knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming. The worker will clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing and prepare meat for packing by removing parts such as skin, feathers, scales, or bones from the carcass.
