Primarily responsible for managing all aspects of poultry debone and slaughter processing ensuring procedures are followed, to achieve the highest level of productivity in the most cost-efficient manner possible while still maintaining customer specifications. This role directs a team of employees through subordinate supervisors to ensuring compliance with all food safety programs, and company policies. Responsible for employees' performance, development, safety, and work schedules.
