About The Position
The Live Production Intern will work in a variety of Live Production locations which may include the Feed Mill, Hatcheries, Broiler Service, and Breeder Service. They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Accounting, Safety, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, etc. Our Interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, Internships are intended to provide exposure to a real-life work environment, regular interaction with a supervisor, practical experience in the poultry live production industry, the opportunity to self-evaluate personal strengths and opportunities for further development, and development of workplace competencies.
