About The Position

The Broiler Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a
poultry farm that raises broiler chickens (meat birds). The role focuses on bird
health, production efficiency, facility management, and compliance with company
and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Poultry or livestock farming experience (often 2–5+ years)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Mechanical aptitude (equipment troubleshooting)
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Basic computer skills for reporting

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, or related field preferred
• Supervisory or farm management experience preferred
