Requirements

• Attentive and alert to all moving parts
• Conscious minded of the quality of clean-up of machinery
• Capable of learning how to do minor jam-ups

Responsibilities

• Must be able to operate the Pouch Filler lines 8 and 10.
• Will do periodic weighing of pouches.
• Must be able to monitor proper temperature and controls on filler and chiller.
• Must be able to monitor transfer functions.
• Must be able to change rolls of film and rethread machine as needed.
• Issue pouches to orders using assistics.
• Operate the efficiency system. (data entry)
• Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by acting, communicating and helping co-workers.
• When carts are filled the pouch filler operator is responsible for reassigning labor to loading area or other area as needed.
• Complete daily documentation accurately.
• Food safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.
