About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Assembler. Position Type: Full Time Contract. Duration: 06-12 months. Location: Bristol PA 19007. As an Assembler, you will perform necessary engineering changes, modifications, and/or repairs as directed. You will have expertise and use of specialized hand tools (torque screwdrivers, dispensing equipment, spray guns, various masking techniques). You will be responsible for correctly generating detailed assembly records documenting actions taken, accurately recording labor, and following travelers depicting assembly sequences. You will read and interpret BOMs, Work Instructions, Travelers, blueprints, Routers, and Engineering Change Notices to include Engineering modifications and designs. You will interface with quality representatives, manufacturing engineers, and/or customer representatives to ensure the highest possible quality on product manufactured in the time allotted. You will visually inspect work previously performed by others and self, maintain expected quality standards, and maintain established ESD, housekeeping and safe work environment requirements. You may also train and/or assist other employees as required. Basic PC navigational skills are required to obtain required documentation, and for timesheet preparation. EH&S recording, handling, and usage procedures are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1 year experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
