About The Position
Accurately record information about incoming potatoes loads while testing and unloading product in a timely manner so not to effect the production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct test on potatoes for solids, defect and record accurately on proper documents
- Unload potatoes to proper storage bins in a timely manner
- Accurately report testing results to supervisor
- Record the weight of potatoes received and report to supervisor
- Perform weekly/weekend cleaning on equipment and surrounding areas
- Work with cleaning chemicals
- Utilize all required PPE at all times
- Work overtime as needed
- Follow GHIP (Good Housekeeping practices) GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Perform any added duties as assigned by supervision
- Attend required training sessions
