Requirements

• Doctoral Degree.
• Programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
• Experience in the analysis of large dataset

Responsibilities

• Analyzes proteomic data, including database curation, peptide identification, protein quantification, and the discovery of novel biomarkers in plasma samples from rat models and human subjects.
• Analyzes ELISA data from human samples.
• Implement software pipelines, machine learning methods, optimize existing computational methods, and validate these approaches using relevant datasets.
• Contributes to manuscript preparation.
• Assists with data management tasks.
• Participate in group meetings and presentations as needed.
• Supports collaborative projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
