Interventions will be evidenced-based and primarily include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with exposure and response prevention (ERP). Other interventions may include motivational interviewing (MI), habit reversal treatment (HRT), parent training in behavior management, and coping skills development training. Training will include the supervision of graduate students and emphasizes collaboration and consultation with other providers and teams. The postdoctoral fellow will have access to a multitude of career development opportunities through the Division of Pediatric Psychology, Institute on Development & Disability, and OHSU, including a full range of didactic offerings, including weekly group supervision and peer support.
