About The Position

Identify and analyze the mechanism of action of the hormones LH and PGF2alpha in bovine and human ovarian cells. Conduct in vivo experiments using bovine luteal tissue to determine the actions of PGF . Perform single nuclei RNA sequencing of luteal tissue. Perform analysis of gene expression using bioinformatics. Maintain laboratory records and prepare reports and publications. Assist in the preparation of grant applications.

Requirements

  • PhD (or analogue) and substantial knowledge on human, animal physiology, and cell biology.
