Here’s a Glimpse of the Job Texas A&M’s Biology Department is looking for a Postdoctoral Research Associate who, under general supervision, will conduct research within their field of expertise, applying advanced knowledge and skills gained through education and experience to successfully complete research projects. The Postdoctoral Research Associate analyzes findings and contributes to the preparation of research papers, articles, and other scholarly publications. This role also involves collaborating with faculty and other researchers and assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the research worksite. Opportunities to Contribute Conducts research in their field of expertise under general supervision, applying advanced knowledge and skills gained through education and professional training. Analyzes and summarizes research data and contributes to the preparation of research papers, articles, and other scholarly publications. Prepares presentation materials and technical progress reports to communicate research findings to sponsors and diverse audiences. Assists with mentoring and supervising student researchers and graduate students engaged in project-related research activities. Assists with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of the research worksite.
