Job Responsibilities: -Conduct research related to decomposition ecology, forensic applications, integrated pest management, and insect-based feed production. -Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and interpret results. -Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at professional meetings. -Assist in writing grant proposals to secure external funding. -Oversee and manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. -Mentor and provide guidance to graduate and undergraduate students in the lab. -Collaborate with internal and external researchers to advance project objectives. -Other duties as required.

  • Ability to multi task and work cooperatively with others.
  • Strong publication record in relevant scientific journals.
  • Experience in writing grant proposals and securing research funding.
  • Ability to present research at professional conferences and meetings.
  • Proficiency in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage laboratory activities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
