About The Position
Immunology postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Bo Hu in the Department of Immunology, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The Hu lab investigates immunobiology, immunometabolism, and neuroimmunology, by focusing on the interaction of the immune system and the nervous system and its implications for health and diseases. As the immune system and nervous system are tightly connected to regulate host physiology and pathology, understanding these connections allows us to gain new insights into biological concepts and disease targets. The Hu laboratory will combine advanced cellular and molecular techniques in immunology and neurobiology with genetic-engineering tools, quantitative proteomics, and multiplex imaging systems to interrogate neuro-immune interaction in pathophysiological conditions.
