About The Position

The research study focuses on the characterization of a novel TGFB-related axis driving cholangiocarcinoma growth. The main aspects of the research include: i) the generation of gene delivery-based mouse models; ii) molecular and immunophenotypic analyses of murine tumors; iii) generation and maintenance of ex-vivo cultures; and iv) in vitro and in vivo drug screenings.

Requirements

  • PhD in cancer biology or related field
  • experience with animal work (at least 1 year)
