The Heike McKinney Laboratory is dedicated to investigating clinical outcomes in children born with a cleft lip and/or palate, applying informatics and data science approaches to improve clinical care for affected families. The lab focuses on generating new knowledge through epidemiologic, health sciences, mixed methods, and data science to understand feeding, nutrition, and growth in children with clefts. They are also developing a global learning health network for craniofacial teams. This Postdoctoral Fellow position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to optimizing care for children with a cleft lip and/or palate, aiming to make breakthrough discoveries with profound implications for child health and well-being.
