About The Position
Your work will focus on influenza virus-host interactions, which will include further characterization of the pro-viral activities of NS1 in regards to the different isoforms of PI3K, identifying the potential viral protein involved in tRNA extensions, and characterizing the interaction of influenza B NS1 with 5' triphosphate.
