A postdoctoral fellow position is available under the supervision of Professor Sang Cho at the Department of Radiation Physics, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC), Houston, Texas, USA. The appointed postdoctoral fellow will work on an NIH-funded project to investigate gold nanoparticle (GNP) applications for radiation therapy. Emphasis will be given to AI/machine learning-based analysis of GNP-laden cell/tissue images and biological outcome modeling of GNP-enhanced radiation therapy using computational/Monte Carlo tools. This position is renewable annually upon satisfactory performance and will be available until a suitable candidate is found. The pay scale follows the current MDACC postdoc salary standard.
