The Center for Basic MR Research is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow in Imaging Data Science with expertise in MRI, preclinical models, data analysis, and deep learning. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research at the intersection of imaging and data science, focusing on developing and applying advanced imaging techniques and analysis methods. Experience in MRI and a solid understanding of preclinical models is required, and the proficiency in deep learning algorithms for imaging data interpretation is desirable. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with experts in imaging, computational science, and biomedical research. Our research employs a wide array of methods, including high-field MRI imaging on a Bruker 9T scanner, chronic microelectrode implantation, slice electrophysiology, computational analysis, and 2-photon imaging on several preclinical models of brain injury. The Postdoctoral Fellow will report to the Director of NMR Research.
