Obtain cryo-ET 3d images of the bacterial secretion systems. This includes preparing samples, recording tilt-series, calculating 3d reconstructions, producing sub-tomogram averages, building integrative atomic models, and writing papers and grants.

Ph.D. in Microbiology, Cell Biology, or Structural Biology. The required degree must be completed by the start date.
Experience with cell culture and molecular biology.
Ability to learn Cryo-ET theory and practice.
Strong work ethic.
Sound reasoning, social, writing, and verbal skills.
