The Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope invites applications for a talented Postdoctoral Fellow to join our dynamic research team. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that contribute to the advancement of medical science and have a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in life or biomedical sciences, or a related discipline is required.
• Proven track record of successful research projects and publications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of CD38 antibody‑drug conjugates (ADCs) and other multiple myeloma targets, including monoclonal antibody (mAb) engineering, ADC conjugation, biophysical characterization (SPR, DSF, crystallography, etc.), and execution of in‑vitro assays using models such as patient‑derived xenografts (PDX).
• Support Investigational New Drug (IND) preparation including the development of ELISA assays and contributing to key analytical activities required for regulatory submissions.
