The Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology ( GSAPP ) at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, seeks to hire a Post-Doctoral Associate. A successful candidate will assume a range of responsibilities including: Conducting direct service psychotherapy for youth with ADHD and their families using a mentalization-based treatment framework Supporting Answer’s comprehensive sex education efforts by conducting trainings, updating training materials, identifying and developing additional trainings Assessing local and national needs related to youth sex education and sexual wellness Training doctoral practicum students in mentalization-based therapy for children Providing weekly clinical supervision to doctoral level trainees Engaging in research, scholarship and other professionally relevant creative activities that contribute to the mission of the Cultivating Compassion ADHD Clinic and Answer, Sex Ed Honestly Participating in all aspects of the grant management process (identifying new grants, developing proposals, progress reporting, etc.) Disseminating scholarly endeavors through diverse forums including refereed journal articles and manuscripts. Overseeing the administrative aspects of the ADHD clinic (screening potential clients, managing the waitlist, registering patients in the EMR )
