Postdoctoral Associate in Clinical Health Psychology
About The Position
The Department of Clinical and Health Psychology (CHP) at the University of Florida is seeking applicants for one 1-year Postdoctoral Associate position in Clinical Health Psychology. This position will focus mainly on transplant psychology, but will have additional intervention experiences in bariatrics, oncology, chronic pain, and sleep. Appropriate candidates will have obtained a doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an American Psychological Association (APA)- or Canadian Psychological Association (CPA)- approved graduate program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, as well as completed an APA- or CPA-approved internship in a specialty area related to health and illness.â¯The position is expected to begin during the Fall 2026 semester.
Requirements
- doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an American Psychological Association (APA)- or Canadian Psychological Association (CPA)- approved graduate program in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- completed an APA- or CPA-approved internship in a specialty area related to health and illness
