The Carl E. Ravin Advanced Imaging Laboratories (RAI Labs), within the Radiology Department at Duke University Medical Center, is looking for a Postdoctoral Associate to join our team. The Postdoctoral Associate will integrate as a member of this team, and will lead independent and collaborative projects focused on advancing quantitative imaging science with respect to longitudinal studies. Duties will include analyzing clinical and simulated data, developing pulmonary disease models, and manuscript preparation. The position offers opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and collaboration within a dynamic and supportive environment. This is a one-year appointment with potential renewal based on performance and availability of funding. Position Description: The term of this appointment is limited (up to 5 years with a possible extension for an additional year) The appointment involves substantially full-time research or scholarship, which may include teaching responsibilities. The appointment is viewed as preparatory for a full-time academic or research career. The appointment is not part of a clinical research training program, unless research training under the supervision of a senior mentor is a primary purpose of the appointment. The appointee works under the supervision of a scholar or a department at Duke University.
