Part-Time Role (.6 FTE): Enjoy flexible 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Every Third Weekend Off: Balance work and personal life while making a difference.

Requirements

• Iowa RN License: A current license is required to join our team.
• Education: While a BSN is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient.
• Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring seamless teamwork.
• Build bridges between physicians, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care.
