About The Position
Concordance is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of reincarceration through holistic, integrated re-entry services for individuals before and after their release from prison. Recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), a rigorous review process ensuring service providers meet defined international standards of quality, Concordance delivers twelve evidence-informed services, including Behavioral Health & Wellness, Education & Job Readiness, and Community & Life Skills. Since 2016, Concordance’s “healing first” model has empowered more than 1,100 individuals in the St. Louis region. Now expanding nationwide, we currently serve Missouri, South Carolina, and Virginia, with plans for continued growth in additional locations.
