Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience operating manufacturing machines, troubleshooting, and working as a lead machine operator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (printing, packaging, and large-scale manufacturing industries preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on machine operation in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for up to a 12-hour work shift (2-2-3-2 shift rotation).
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor post-press machinery and equipment including, but not limited to: die cutters, cutters, overwrap, and slitting machines.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work closely with team members and shift leads to meet production targets.
