The Post Payment Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Post Payment Operations Support Section within the Post Payment Division of Payment Integrity and Resolution Services. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising a team that analyzes, records, and prepares payment and claim correspondence related to ACH Reclamations, Forgery Claims, and Miscellaneous Receipts. The supervisor will ensure that deadlines are met and will develop improved work methods and procedures to support higher-level decision-making.

  • Plan and schedule ongoing time-sensitive work.
  • Adjust staffing levels based on allocations made by higher echelons.
  • Oversee the development of improved work methods and procedures.
  • Provide information to support higher-level decision-making.
  • Approve work plans for subordinate professional and technical employees.
  • Assist in developing performance standards and evaluating work performance.
  • One year of specialized experience at the GS-07 level in the Federal service, which includes planning and prioritizing work while ensuring deadlines are met; providing input related to policy changes, system enhancements, or procedural requirements; leading a team or managing a project to achieve specific objectives; or actively participating in meetings or conferences to assist with improvements.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
