About The Position

Make a career out of making an impact. Working at Wellspring Living is not just a job, but a calling. It is an opportunity to turn hard work into heart work. Wellspring Living is an Atlanta-based organization whose mission is to transform the lives of those at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation. Its programs offer participants transformation through therapeutic services, education, life skills, and professional development. We are a Christian faith-based, non-profit organization with a rich and evolving culture seeking a Counseling or Social Work Graduate Fellow 25- 26 to assist with clinical responsibilities across direct service programs. Position Summary: The Post-MSW Graduate Fellowship is designed to provide advanced clinical training for a recent graduate (December 2025 or May 2026) from a Master of Social Work program. The Fellow will be oriented to a system of care for youth and women who have experienced or are at-risk of commercial sexual exploitation in community-based and residential treatment settings. Additionally, the Post-MSW Graduate Fellow will provide research and analytic support for the organization’s impact, evaluation, and research initiatives to ensure evidence-based, data-informed practices. This comprehensive training is designed to prepare the Fellow for a robust career in micro, mezzo, and macro social work with specialized training in clinical social work, impact evaluation, and working with survivors of human trafficking and those at-risk.
