This position is responsible for providing support in making strategic and tactical data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing, and reporting post-market surveillance data and supporting post-market projects through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables from start to finish. The position involves system level comprehension, attention to detail, organization, and constant interaction within the business to the accomplishment of the company goals. This individual will collaborate both within post market surveillance and across other functions, including quality and data management, to maintain project progress and ensure timely and effective project deliverables. The position reports to the Manager, Post Market Data Operations & Insights. This position may support issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Additionally, the Senior Post Market Data Analyst may be asked to support post-market compliance by (a) assessing the need for new or revised procedures/instructions and/or corrections or corrective actions and (b) helping to drive these changes forward; and (c) leading or supporting non-routine/high-impact requests for additional information (RFAI) related to vigilance.

  • Engage in all stages of the post market data operations including Data Analysis, Reporting and Trending, Documentation Review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and files related to special projects.
  • Support database development and reporting capabilities related to the complaint / reliability department needs.
  • Assist during FDA, ISO or other third party or internal audits.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Associate's Level Degree.
  • At least 3+ years of overall work experience in a technical and/or quality/compliance discipline/regulated industry, with data management, record keeping, and technical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment.
  • Ability to accurately execute multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with high attention to detail and drive for getting results.
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects against deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to pursue additional learning and build qualifications in professional field, as required.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with Spotfire and/or PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with TrackWise.
  • 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired).
