For more information, please visit our website: www.schwazze.com Job Title: Post-Harvest Technician Salary Range: $18.81 per hour Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly) Location: Brow Grow | Denver Position Objective The Post-Harvest Technician is an integral member of our cannabis cultivation team, responsible for executing cultivation plans and ensuring the optimal growth of cannabis plants. This role involves various tasks related to plant maintenance, harvesting, and general farm responsibilities. Essential Functions * Harvesting * Cutting plants down * Weighing plants * Packaging bulk * Dry trimming plants * Pulling fan leaves * Loading racks with product * Running sorting machine and trimming machine * Cleaning of machines and equipment * General clean up Additional duties may be required as needed to support overall operations.
