About The Position

The Post-Harvest Specialist is a full-time non-exempt position responsible for overseeing and executing post-harvest operations including cannabis buck down, curing, sorting, trimming, and related processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with state regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. This is a full time position at $17/hr

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must pass a background check in compliance with state regulations
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Execute post-harvest tasks including buck down, curing, sorting, and trimming
• Maintain product quality and consistency during handling
• Follow all SOPs and safety guidelines
• Accurately complete required documentation and tracking
• Assist team members and leads with daily tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
• Other duties as assigned
