About The Position

The Post Frame Construction Crew is responsible for constructing pre-engineered post frame structures. This role involves operating basic hand and power tools, working from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground, and learning and developing carpentry, framing, and construction techniques. The position offers stable income and reliable year-round work, with the expectation to work outside in a variety of weather conditions while providing value to the client.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Exceptional work ethic
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Prior building trades experience helpful, but not required
• Willing to train
