About The Position

Join a respected team of construction professionals building high-quality pre-engineered post frame structures. As a Cleary Carpenter, you will construct post frame buildings from the ground up, operate a variety of basic hand and power tools, work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet), enjoy stable, year-round employment, work outdoors in various weather conditions, continuously learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction, and deliver value and quality to clients on every project.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus - but not required
• Willing to learn and grow in the role
