The Post Frame Construction Crew position involves constructing pre-engineered post frame structures. The role requires operating basic hand and power tools, working from ladders and aerial work platforms up to 35 feet off the ground, and learning and developing carpentry, framing, and construction techniques. Responsibilities

• Construct pre-engineered post frame structures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Exceptional work ethic
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• Prior building trades experience helpful, but not required
• Willing to train
