QPS, LLC has an opening for two Post Doctorate in our Bioanalytical (GBA) department. GBA is comprised of four laboratory operation units: Small Molecules, Oligonucleotides, Proteins, and Support Functions. This is a two-year temporary position with the potential for a permanent position. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in QPS’ continued expansion of our bioanalytical capabilities to support biomarker quantitation. Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Food Science, Plant Science or related scientific discipline with hands-on experience in mass spectrometry.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage one or more method development/validation studies at the same time with minimum supervision.
  • Prepare, and/or review and understand study protocols.
  • Evaluate the significance of data and report findings.
  • Prepare Study summaries and/or reports.
  • Set-up, utilize, and maintain complex instrumentation
  • Maintain the proper level of regulatory compliance for each study, preparing QA related documents and addressing QA audit findings.
  • Maintain schedule of projects and timelines.
  • Develop, validate and run sensitive, reliable and efficient LC-(HR)MS/MS assays for TK/PK/Biomarker assessment.
  • Ensure that GLP regulations and SOPs are followed in all bioanalytical service activities.
