A full-time Postdoctoral Researcher will work with Dr. Terrin Tamati on NIH-funded studies investigating speech communication, cognitive processing, and real-world outcomes in adult cochlear implant (CI) users. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative, interdisciplinary research aimed at understanding and improving communication outcomes and quality of life for adults with hearing loss. This position is ideal for candidates with interests in auditory cognition, aging and hearing, linguistic processing, or CI rehabilitation. The postdoc will also be supported in developing an independent line of research within the broader scope of the lab’s goals. The researcher will have the opportunity to collaborate with national and international partners working in hearing, language, aging, and health equity.
