The High Energy Neutrino and Particle Astrophysics group at Indiana University is seeking applicants for a post-doctoral position. Our DOE -funded efforts include leading roles NOvA operations and data analysis and DUNE construction and data analysis. The successful applicant will be expected to be based at Indiana University, Bloomington, and contribute to one or both of these efforts. A Ph.D. in Physics is required. We are hosting a Charge Readout Plane fabrication facility for DUNE’s vertical-drift Far Detector module, so there is significant opportunity for a leadership role in detector assembly and testing. IU faculty on DUNE include Professors Messier, Mohayai and Urheim. The position is available for a flexible start date as early as May 1, 2026. We will begin reviewing applications on March 16, 2026, and continue until the position is filled. The appointment will initially be for one year, with the possibility of extension for up to an additional two years.
